The facilities, amenities, and location at the Cosmopolitan are great -- but the thing that makes living here wonderful is how good the management staff is. They treat tenants like family: with courtesy, prompt responses, and smiles. Maintenance is good too! I've lived in a lot of apartments, but I've never enjoyed interacting with the staff the way I do here. 5 stars for being an all around great place to live.

The Cosmopolitan is a lovely, clean, peaceful place to reside largely because of its exceptional staff. I have lived here for several years. The current property manager is responsive, capable and charming. I highly recommend this property!

I've lived hear going on 3 years now. The price is great for the amount of space you get and utilities is cheap. The area is quiet and the road is always cleared quickly after snow. Additionally the get togethers the apartment sets up are usually enjoyable and are a nice way to meet people.
