Yes. Full-size GE Profile™ washers and dryers are included in every apartment home at The Cosmopolitan at Lorton Station, making laundry day as easy and convenient as possible.

All of our apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections with available local providers. High-speed WiFi is also provided in our common areas for resident use.

Our modern kitchens feature a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, including an electric smooth-top range, a frost-free refrigerator with an ice maker, an energy-saver dishwasher, a microwave, and a garbage disposal. Kitchens also feature granite countertops, 42-inch raised-panel cabinetry, and chef’s islands in select apartments. We offer in-person and virtual tours during office hours or by appointment. To ensure the best experience, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability, though walk-in tours are welcome during business hours based on our team’s availability. The Cosmopolitan at Lorton Station always offers a 5% Rental Partnership Program (RPP) discount for active military members, and our Preferred Employer Program, which provides a 3% rent concession and waived application fees for firefighters, police, school personnel, and EMS/EMT professionals.

The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease (no questions asked and no additional fees).

The Cosmopolitan at Lorton Station has a dedicated on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the online resident portal or mobile app, or can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.

Your pets are welcome at The Cosmopolitan at Lorton Station! Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy.

Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
